Fudgy Goji Balls

A perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth, whilst giving you lots of fertile friendly nutrients.
150g of pitted Medjool dates
75g of oats
30g of sunflower seeds
15g of dried goji berries
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of ground almonds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
All you need are some scales and a mixer. Mix the ingredients together and roll into small bite-size balls – it should make about 15. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, then transfer them into an air-tight container and store in the fridge.
WHY ARE THEY GOOD FOR YOUR FERTILE HEALTH?
Dates and Oats: Rich in fibre, which helps to get rid of excess oestrogen and control blood sugar levels, as it slows the absorption of sugar. Dates are rich in vitamin B6
Dried Goji berries: Rich in vitamin B6, vitamin C, iron, fibre and protein
Sunflower seeds: Rich in Folate (vitamin B9), which helps to increase progesterone levels, as well as reduce risk of anovulation and birth defects
Ground almonds: Rich in Riboflavin (vitamin B2) of which deficiencies have been linked to sterility, miscarriage and low birth weight
Coconut oil: Contains lauric acid that converts in the body to monolaurin, which has antiviral and antibacterial properties, and so helps to strengthen the immune system
Cinnamon: Helps to regulate blood sugar levels and has anti-inflammatory properties
