Fudgy Goji Balls

A perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth, whilst giving you lots of fertile friendly nutrients.

Fudgy Goji Balls


  • 150g of pitted Medjool dates

  • 75g of oats

  • 30g of sunflower seeds

  • 15g of dried goji berries

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons of ground almonds

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

All you need are some scales and a mixer. Mix the ingredients together and roll into small bite-size balls –  it should make about 15. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, then transfer them into an air-tight container and store in the fridge.


  • Dates and Oats: Rich in fibre, which helps to get rid of excess oestrogen and control blood sugar levels, as it slows the absorption of sugar. Dates are rich in vitamin B6

  • Dried Goji berries: Rich in vitamin B6, vitamin C, iron, fibre and protein

  • Sunflower seeds: Rich in Folate (vitamin B9), which helps to increase progesterone levels, as well as reduce risk of anovulation and birth defects

  • Ground almonds: Rich in Riboflavin (vitamin B2) of which deficiencies have been linked to sterility, miscarriage and low birth weight

  • Coconut oil: Contains lauric acid that converts in the body to monolaurin, which has antiviral and antibacterial properties, and so helps to strengthen the immune system

  • Cinnamon: Helps to regulate blood sugar levels and has anti-inflammatory properties
