Pumpkin Seed Spread
By Juliana Kassianos, Transformational Fertility Coach, Yoga Teacher and Founder of The School of Fertility
A simple spread that has a nutty sort of taste (even though it's nut free), which is full of fertile goodness for both you and your partner.
250g of raw pumpkin seeds
6 tablespoons of avocado oil
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
First whizz up the pumpkin seeds in a processor until their finely ground, then add the avocado oil and salt. It should form a paste like consistency. Transfer into a jar and store in the fridge.
FOUR OF MY FAV WAYS TO EAT IT
Spread on toasted sourdough bread
Added to smoothies/smoothie bowls
Spread on carrot sticks and slices of apple
Dolloped on to porridge
