Three natural aphrodisiacs for men

WHAT IS AN APHRODISIAC?
A substance, which tends to be derived from plants, that increases sexual desire, performance or pleasure. The word is derived from Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of love. Always consume in moderation though, as the adverse effects of consuming large quantities is not clear.
THREE NATURAL APHRODISIACS FOR MEN
When we’re ovulating, we tend to want our man to perform at the drop of a hat, however, this can be harder than we think for them, especially if they’re tired and stressed out after a long day at work. The use of natural aphrodisiacs can help get them in the mood and enhance sexual activity.
Ginseng is a herbal preparation used in traditional Chinese medicine as an aphrodisiac. It has been found to enhance erections, increase sex hormone production, improve sperm count and quality, protect the testis from chemical insults, promote spermatogenesis and preserve male fertility during diseases states. You can buy it in capsules. Speak to a qualified herbalist for dosage.
A plant native to North Africa and the Himalayan Mountains that is a super-rich source of vitamin A, C, calcium, potassium and protein. Studies have shown it to enhance sexual activity and performance. You can buy it in powder form and add it to smoothies.
A small Peruvian root vegetable that contains 31 minerals and 60 phytonutrients. It is rich in thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, iron, calcium, zinc, and fibre. Studies demonstrate its aphrodisiac properties, with regard to sexual desire, function and performance. There is also evidence that it can increase sperm production and motility. You can buy it in powder form and add it to smoothies.
Stir up your sex life by livening up your man’s libido with my two aphrodisiac smoothies. ‘Power Green Moringa’ and ‘Berry Maca’ have been specifically created with ingredients to help your man unleash his inner sexual super powers.
Power Green Moringa
2 teaspoons of Moringa
1 cup of fresh chopped pineapple
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of almond milk
Jump-start your sex life with Moringa, which comes in powder format. The pineapple gives a vitamin C boost, which prevents sperm agglutination (when sperm clump together) and also helps the body absorb iron from the spinach.
Berry Hot Maca
2 teaspoons of Maca
2 cups of frozen berries
1 chopped banana
1⁄2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 cup of almond milk
The key ingredient in this smoothie to kick-start your man’s sex drive is Maca. The berries are great antioxidants that help to protect sperm from free radical damage and are high in vitamin C, which prevent sperm agglutination (when sperm clump together). Ginger helps to regulate blood sugar levels and has good anti-inflammatory properties. Banana is packed full of nutrients and is a delicious natural sweetener.
